Contractors: Please contact Counter@cosb.org to create an AEC account with a completed CONTRACTOR DECLARATION for eTRAKiT
Owner Builder Information: Please use the link listed to be redirected to the City website for access to the Owner Builder Declaration form. This declaration will need to be printed, completed and attached with your Solar Permit application that is completed via this eTRAKiT portal. Once an account is set up, please follow the prompts when applying for a permit. You will be required to upload all required documents depending on the type of permit. At this time, only certain types of permits can be applied for.
· Electrical Single Trade Permits
o Please include any SDGE Workorders for rewire/panel upgrades and temp power
· Plumbing Single Trade Permits
o Depending on the scope of work, these might be required
§ Isometric diagrams, pipe size, length, materials, BTU demands, site plan, SDGE Workorders,
· Mechanical Permits
o All HVAC permits require a site plan
· SolarApp+ Approved Photovoltaic Solar Roof Mount Permits
o SolarApp+ documents
· Reroofing Permits
o Re-roofing Information Sheet
